Description Marcos 2015-10-31 00:16:47 UTC
I have recently made a fresh install of Ubuntu 15.10 GNOME. I logged into m Google account using GNOME's online account but Evolution just won't work. It does not load any of my old e-mails neither receive anything.

I receive my google calendar notifications normally so I believe the problem is indeed with Evolution.

Thanks for a bug report. Ubuntu versions are nice (even any distribution versions), but we are talking about evolution, while I've not much idea what the Ubuntu folks package for you (except of they tend to provide obsolete versions of the evolution).

Anyway, the "timeout" you see is most likely related to the goa-daemon, which didn't respond quickly enough, hence the timeout error. I'm moving this to the GOA (gnome-online-accounts), where the issue is.

Please provide exact version of the evolution and the GOA packages. Thanks in advance.
