Attached test program shows some difficulties trying to create a Pad or GhostPad, which once upon a time worked fine.

Problem seems to be due to overriding Gst.Pad but not allowing for constructor arguments or chaining up to original __init__

[note: this is all python 2 fwiw]

Chain up to baseclass __init__ which is usual practice afaik.
Unless there was some specific reason not to do so in this case ... ?
