commit 231bb6ba added the string to the g-c-c panel:

"Visible as “Bastien's computer” and available for Bluetooth file transfers."

That's confusing, as my computer is certainly not owned by Bastien :-)

Please use a more neutral language here or use the actual hostname / username of the running system.

Your system setup is broken. Not sure exactly how to reproduce this right now though.

bluetoothd.service is blocked, rfkill status doesn't match reality, any combination of the above, or something else. See the request for data in the duplicate bug.
