The project wizard needs a program named autogen. Could you check that you have it?

By example here running 'autogen --version' gives
  autogen (GNU AutoGen) 5.18.3

Yes,I had intall autogen 5.18.5.
And I find anjuta working regularly on Centos 7(VMware 12)/Fedora 22(Harddisk installed)

Then perhaps the project templates are missing. Do you have several files with the .wiz extension in ${prefix}/share/anjuta/templates? prefix is normally /usr

Except displaying warning on stderr or stdout, there is no additional log.

I don't know what's wrong here. Are you able to compile Anjuta from sources?

If yes we can try to add some debugging messages and find what's is going on. I'm quite sure we can find the issue but it could takes quite some time.

There are several reports of issues with project wizard. I will try to look at
this this week end.

It's a good news, isn't it? The problem has been exposed. And I will continue to focus on this issue.

Yes, it seems to be due to some changes in Gtk 3.18.
