Here is a file that played fine in 2012 (IIRC), but now plays incorrectly with Totem and Sushi (big macroblocks everywhere):

FWIW, the current version of VLC has no trouble with it.

Can reproduce with 1.4.5, works fine for me with git master. (Not sure what exactly fixed it, perhaps switch to ffmpeg, maybe something else).
