As groundwork for syncing with ownCloud (and ownCloud Maps), Maps needs to be added to GNOME Online Accounts.

Syncable items are:
* favorites
* routes
* recent searches
* maybe even downloaded maps, or at least the metadata of which are the areas/countries you would like to cache
* …

Has anyone started work on this task? I'm interested in contributing to gnome-maps and this seems like a great place to start and maybe aim for a GSoC project later on.
