If you scroll with a mouse wheel that "clicks" (ie non-smooth scroll), you will notice that every odd "scroll" step, the icons at the bottom of the listview will not show until you put the mouse over them.

This can also happen with smooth scroll, by click-dragging the scrollbar slowly for example.

This problem is not specific to 3.16, it has been present for as long as I can remember. Not able to test if it still happens with the git version though.

I'm not sure that this is a dupe of my bug, it sounds like a much more specific effect. Plus I haven't seen mine lately.
