Open any libreoffice icons in eog in /usr/share/icons/gnome/scalable/mimetypes/
this shows phantom white rectangle overlay rescaling at different zoom levels, with librsvg 2.40.9

Opening in Firefox produces no glitch.

I have attached one of the icons.
