When the window of Preferences is above a Firefox window, the border of preferences window is not visible.

Hi. I think this is a duplicate of Thanks for taking the time to report this.
This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed in the code repository.

The fix was included in the gtk+ 3.16.4 release.
