It would be good to create jaw_object_notify_state_change to wrap firePropertyChange with.[1]

Re-opening because libraries hadn't got properly cleaned before testing this and I have spotted a bug in the implementation.

A handler for state changes is already in AtkWrapper so removing the wrapper function while it's not technically needed but will leave the bug open at a lower priority.
