Description Michael Catanzaro 2015-06-09 11:35:43 UTC
The Software Updates Available icon uses a hires image, which is the norm for notifications, but the Software Updates Installed icon uses a symbolic icon.

Something like this?

Use a regular icon for the Software Updates Installed notification

The Updates Available notification used a full colour icon, but the
Updates Installed notification had a symbolic icon.

Switch to using a full colour icon in both cases for consistency.

Um, yes, except I was expecting this to be some odd bug, rather than there to be code that intentionally uses the symbolic icon: I wonder if it was requested by a designer (though I can't see why).
Comment 4 Kalev Lember 2015-06-14 14:10:55 UTC
jimmac confirmed that we should be using full colour icons here.
