While this is technically a plymouth bug, we should do a better job indicating that software updates are being installed. Currently a number of real world anctdoces demonstrate that people think their system is stuck booting and power it off, damaging the rpm database.

Indeed, F23 boot up screen even shows a percentage progress while the updates are being downloaded and installed.
