As bipbopall.m3u8.media_info is missing, hls playback tests are not enabled.

Add media_info of bipbopall.m3u8

This enables following two tests
- validate.hls.playback.change_state_intensive.bipbopall_m3u8
- validate.hls.playback.play_15s.bipbopall_m3u8

I checked that these tests are passed with the latest master.

It seems like that hls testing is done by medias/defaults/online-streams-infos/hls/hls.bibbop.stream_info already. If it is the case, this patch is not needed.

Do I understand correctly?
