Missing icons on layers dialog (red rectangle)

Some of the icons on the lower edge of the layer dialog (dock) are missing:

Delete /trash can
Add new layer
New layer group
Move layer down

Interestingly, the functions are all available, and the outline of the icon appears on mouse-over, but without the icon image (see attachment)

Thanks for the bug report. This is a known issue and should be fixed
in the latest 2.8.14 installer, but I don't find the original bug report.
