I have set org.gnome.gnome-screenshot.auto-save-directory key, to override standard behavior of gnome-screenshot to automatically save screenshots in Pictures on PrintScreen. Just save them in subdirectory of Pictures instead of Pictures.
But gnome-screenshot ignore this key, and keep save screenshots in Pictures.
