When using the HighContrast theme, it’s impossible to know if an insensitive ToggleButton is active or inactive (option activated or not…), as both are rendered the same (see the page 1 of the Widget Factory). Active ones should probably have a non-white background.

I don’t know what should happen when in backdrop, as we usually don’t have backgrounds in this case…
