Example code for nested table bug.

Using the C# XML documentation syntax, I found that nesting tables using the <list> tag does not work properly. The inner table's closing </list> appears to terminate the outer table as well, resulting in "warning: lonely <item> tag found" for each of the remaining items.

Confirmed. Should be fixed in the next GIT update.

This bug was previously marked ASSIGNED, which means it should be fixed in
doxygen version 1.8.10. Please verify if this is indeed the case. Reopen the
bug if you think it is not fixed and please include any additional information 
that you think can be relevant (preferably in the form of a self-contained example).

I have verified this with 1.8.10 in the test case and the original production code. Thanks!
