The pdf file was created by an old version of Publisher. It includes pictures and text.
When this file is viewed by acrobat under windows 7, it's OK.
When viewed with Evince 3.14.1 and Gnome 3.14.2 white lines appear on the pictures (and not on the text).

The pdf file is attached.

There is no PDF file attached in the bug report.

The bug is in poppler.
