avfvideosrc: allow "capture-screen" mode to select which screen to capture via the "device-index" option

Created attachment 297884 [details] [review] avfvideosrc: allow "capture-screen" mode to select which screen to capture via the "device-index" option This change allows the selection of non-primary displays for capture. I decided to re-use the existing "device-index" option to specify which screen to capture. Since this option's name does not seem to be tied to video devices I thought this would be okay. Open for comments and suggestion I guess. I did a small test and it worked fine for me :-)
No comments yet? I'd really like to see this feature in this or any other way in the main branch and to be eventually being picked up by future releases. Hope this bump gets some attention.
