Enter new password: error message is ellipsized/truncated

When entering a new password in gdm (e.g. just after creating a new user), if the password is too weak, an error message appears but is ellipsized/truncated, and it is not possible to see the full message. The error message was "BAD PASSWORD: The password fails the dictionar..."
Forgot to say, I use Fedora Workstation 21 (so with GNOME 3.14).
odd, I thought we fixed that ellipization problem a long time ago
