Description scrawl 2015-01-25 17:01:38 UTC
Forwarded Ubuntu bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rhythmbox/+bug/1295925

"Rhythmbox is using the wrong album art much of the time. In the instant case, the mp3 files have no embedded album art, so I would expect either the correct album art is downloaded, or none is displayed (default image or blank). Instead, album art is apparently picked randomly from my music collection."

The listed workaround "rm -rf ~/.cache/rhythmbox/album-art" fixed it for me (for the time being, anyway, will see if the bugs shows up again at some point).

I do *not* have the "Cover art search (search album covers from the internet)" plugin enabled.

there were various conditions that caused this, but I'm confident the last of them was fixed in commit b624cc6.
