An upgrade to orc 0.4.23 is causing severe volume issues with USB microphones on Pulseaudio.

I can confirm this happens on my system as well running manjaro linux 0.9.0. Downgrading to orc 0.4.22-3 fixed  it. Still not entirely sure what caused it
