The outdated and unmaintained repository with modulesets at 

    https://github.com/GNOME/gnome-modulesets

is obsolete because the modulesets are maintained in a directory in the `jhbuild` git repository. It is nothing but confusing to provide the outdated files. In case the files are valuable, they can be kept in a branch in one central repo. Issues can't be filed there because the issue tracker is disabled.
