Description søren hauberg 2014-12-12 11:00:34 UTC
Using gedit on Fedora 21 and loving it :-)

In older versions of gedit, I could do the following

1) Open a file
2) Activate spell checker and select language
3) Close file
4) Re-open file and gedit would automatically re-activate the spell checker with the previously selected language.

This no longer seems to work in 3.14, so now I have to manually pick language and re-active the spell checker every time I re-open a file.

Thank you for the bug report. The same bug occurs for the syntax highlight mode, so let's keep only one bug report opened (it's most probably the same source of the problem).
