same as title, I've tried in tree/out of tree build ,gstglconfig.h didn't install either.
gst-plugins-bad version I tried is 83d935
common  sub-module version is ef1ffdc

Did you check $PREFIX/lib/gstreamer-1.0/include/gst/gl/gstglconfig.h ?

it's there, so it moved from $PREFIX/include/gstreamer-1.0/include/gst/gl to here?
