Remove border around model name

There is a border around model name in Printers panel now. It was not there in 3.10 and it was not added intentionally. It seems to me that there was a bug in gtk+ which caused hiding of the border and this has been fixed recently.

Attached patch hides the border from the panel. I would like to get it into 3.14 as well.
