Evince doesn’t update index when reloading the file.

Easy steps to reproduce it:

    1. Open attached wbkmrks.pdf.
    2. Without closing evince or wbkmrks.pdf, overwrite the PDF file
       with another PDF file.
    3. Page contents have changed, but index pane remains the same.

I’m afraid this is a bug.
