Description Amit Shah 2014-11-12 04:29:31 UTC
Previous versions of gnome-terminal passed alt+<n> keystrokes to applications if no tabs were present at that <n>. E.g. pressing alt+3 would be passed to the process running inside the terminal if there were only 1 or 2 tabs. This was quite useful for applications like irssi (running inside screen).

Please get that behaviour back. It could be argued that it's inconsistent, but people using terminals would mostly know what they're doing. Also, is there a workaround / config option for this?

Currently using gnome-terminal-3.14.1-1.fc21.x86_64.
