Add option allow user change background images location

Created attachment 288722 [details] Screenshot Example with my pictures folder: Home |---Pictures |---Camera |---Wallpapers and i need a option to change location to Picture/Wallpapers. Recursive scanning is also a good option must have.

You can browse your photos in plenty of other applications, and use those to set the wallpaper. We're not going to make the background panel replace an image management program.
