Description:
Description of Problem:

The panel process crashes when I choose 'remove this panel' for the
default top panel. I have a second panel at the bottom.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Fresh reboot and login to gnome desktop
2. Choose remove this panel
3. Crash

Actual Results:

Crash

Removed panel
