GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 737889
Dialog referring to a choice that doesn't exist
Last modified: 2014-10-18 13:13:26 UTC
The dialog #: ../app/confirm.c:88 msgid "" "You can adjust the size of the diagram by changing the 'Scaling' in the " "'Page Setup' dialog.\n" "Alternatively use 'Select All' and 'Best Fit' to move objects/handles into " "the intended bounds." refers to ”Best Fit”". However, doing a search for that in the po-file shows that the option in points doesn't exist, maybe it was renamed at some point? I guess, from the comment in the po-file to this: #. Show All, Best Fit. Same as the Gimp, Ctrl+E #: ../app/menus.c:172 msgid "Zoom fit" msgstr "Anpassa zoom"
Another textbug: #: ../plug-ins/xfig/xfig-import.c:387 #, c-format msgid "Depth %d of of range, only 0-%d allowed.\n" One of to much here!
Created attachment 288805 [details] Screenshot "Best Fit" menu item Not all strings used in Dia are from the Dia po files. The action referred to is GTK_STOCK_ZOOM_FIT which shows as "Best fit". Still that dialog text could use some improvement because since 0.97 it is not necessary anymore to "Select All" before "Best Fit" (The empty selection has the same effect.)
