Correct the LRM (left-to-right mark) in french translation.

The time counter strings use a LRM (left-to-right mark), not sure it’s useful, but the french translation has a "<200e>" written in the middle of the counter… Here’s the patch.

It's needed for RTL locales, where the ratio character would otherwise cause seconds to display on the left of minutes (which is weird in RTL locales too).  For the French translation, it's unnecessary but harmless.

By the way, the other games to check, off the top of my head, would be Hitori, Chess (the timers in the lower-right), and Mines.
