I've run into a couple of collection related bugs that I've filed:

https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=735863

As a result, I now have duplicate collection on the list. However much I try, I cannot add documents to these newly created collections. There is no way to remove these collections. Can one be added please?

These empty collections are no longer in the list, so the problem is solved for the time being.

The new collections dialog lets you delete collections.
