Description of problem:
When I click on 'New Playlist' nothing happens.

gnome-music-3.13.90-1.fc21.x86_64 (Fedora 21)

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run gnome-music
2. clic on its icon near Activities button
3. click on New Playlist

Actual results:
Nothing happens
