I do not want to pedantic, but the following statement can be simplified (file: translator_kr.h, line 1252):

      QCString result((first_capital ? "페이지" : "페이지"));

A ternary expression first_capital ? "페이지" : "페이지" with identical then and else expressions: "페이지". Should one of the expressions be modified, or the entire ternary expression replaced?

Can indeed be simplified. Should be done in the next GIT update.

This bug was previously marked ASSIGNED, which means it should be fixed in
doxygen version 1.8.9. Please verify if this is indeed the case. Reopen the
bug if you think it is not fixed and please include any additional information 
that you think can be relevant (preferrably in the form of a self-contained example).
