Description:
This is a simple one. I am using a Dell CPx portable attached to the docking station. I have a 3Com 3C589 card in PCMCIA slot 1. Fresh install of Pensacola, selected to install everything. Each time I go into Gnome the panel crashes.

UPDATE: This only happens when logged in as a user other than root. 
The root user does not have this problem.
