Since the arrival of the large message tray, not all applications with such a feature will place an icon of the correct size of the tray. Application icons such as HP Device Manager's and JDownloader's are small, and others such as Xchat and Rhythmbox are big.

I wonder if there's a way to resize small tray icons to make them fit the whole message tray height...
