This minimal test fails with python3, but works with 2.

This exception is thrown:
RuntimeError: PyObject conversion to GValue failed

The same exception occurs in the overrides when this is used:
caps[0]["framerate"] = Gst.Fraction(1/1)

We always expect it to be in the same directory and it fixes its import
with python3
