This is normally something that could wait. But my investigation into bug 725003 led to the conclusion that using gail text util is a bad idea. So.... Rather than fixing the at method and the before/after methods to all stop using gail text util, I figure we might as well remove the no-longer-needed before/after methods and just fix the at method.
