Description Sébastien Wilmet 2014-02-08 21:28:07 UTC
For example if a CSS, JavaScript or PHP code section is included in a HTML page, it would be nice to highlight the embedded code section with a different background color, slightly different from the normal background color.

If bug #561750 is fixed, the feature described here can be done by an application. And I don't think the gtksourceview developers are interested to implement this in gtksourceview itself. Anyway a prototype in an application would be a first step.
