Screenshot showing scroolbars instead full maximized window.

Fail to fullscreen remote system(i always get scrollbars), like windows with Citrix (this was working properly on Gnome 3.8).

I'm filling this bug because I now confirmed it is a mutter issue and not the GNOME implementation on Fedora 20, as the same issue occurs on Arch.

Maximizing the same remote Desktop on Fedora 19(Gnome 3.8) works fine. This regression was introduced in GNOME 3.10 (Currently I run 3.10.1 on Arch)

Please check the screenshot as it explains the case much better.

Presumably a duplicate of another fullscreen bug 723029. If this is the case, it could be fixed by the Citrix authors if they set themselves fullscreen using the standard "Extended Window Manager Hints" http://standards.freedesktop.org/wm-spec/wm-spec-latest.html
