Steps to reproduce:
- open the attached file
=> the third Y-axis in green crosses the X-axis at 0
- open the chart properties
- go to Y-axis 3
- modify its position to 'bottom'
=> the third Y-axis in green now crosses the X-axis at bottom
- now save the file and close it
- reopen it
=> Y-axis 3 is now back to its initial state

Looks like we always need to export the "low" position. So it must not be the default. Strange this has not been noticed before since this code is about 10 years old.

This problem has been fixed in our software repository. The fix will go into the next software release. Thank you for your bug report.
