Can not resize Nautilus column

Can NOT resize Name column in this situation. It was not problem in Ubuntu 13.04 or earlier. Now I can not resize (increase and reduce width) column width (Name, size, etc.) of Nautilus in 'View items as a list' mode. Especially true when window unmaximised.

I have upgraded from 13.04 to 13.10. It used to be no problem in 13.04. Just point and drag.

Thank you.
