Image of the Rebalance Transaction Error screen

If I am in the process of importing an OFX file and find that I need to edit an existing register transaction or add one, I can move the import window out of the way and move the pointer into the register screen. Then it is possible to edit existing transactions. Unfortunately, the import assistant has already added half completed transactions. If I accidentally highlight one of those I get trapped with a "Rebalance Transaction" error. It is impossible to cancel out of that error to move on to another transaction. I would think that the "Cancel" button would allow me to escape, but it just re-triggers the error.

The ideal solution would be to have a choice in the import window to suspend the import and go to the register without finding any of the half-imported transactions.

Reassign version to 2.4.x so that individual 2.4 versions can be retired.
