A single local mail folder stopped marking mail as read. This happens with mark-as-read interval set to 0.5s (with 0.0s I was having trouble getting anything marked as read at all).

If I double-click on mails, they will be successfully marked as read. Other folders seem unaffected.

This may be related to bug 689891.

I agree, the bug was finally marked as a duplicate of bug #583773, where fixes for it landed for 3.10.4.
