Description jrobey 2013-12-20 15:49:18 UTC
when entering data, I often find it convenient to freeze panes such as column labels so I can view them no matter what row I am viewing. However, every time I use this function, I get a major crash.

The crash happens a few minutes after I freeze the panes. I can enter some data but then, upon left-clicking something, the program exits.

The worst part is, it apparently corrupts the file as well, so that I can no longer open it.

I get no error messages upon crashing nor re-opening the file.

This is a major problem, as right now I cannot use the freeze panes function without permanently losing all of my work.

Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find.

The file isn't corrupted. Any older or newer version of Gnumeric should
open it just file.
