GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 720744
sftp bookmarks not shown by default
Last modified: 2013-12-19 17:20:41 UTC
I usually connect to remote servers using sftp to transfer files. I have bookmarked some url with an sftp:// scheme but once the gvfs mount point is unmounted, these bookmarks disappear from the nautilus "Places" panel. They used to be always visible in nautilus 3.8. It seems that not having these bookmark visible by default defeats the purpose of the bookmark. Or is that a conscious design decision?
Thanks for taking the time to report this bug. It was a regression. We are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed. It should be solved in the next gtk+ update. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 711548 ***
