Stroke selection does nothing.

Reproduced on OS X 10.7.5 with local builds of GIMP (2.8.0, 2.8.4, 2.8.10 - all compiled with clang).

No longer reproduced after recompiling GIMP 2.8.10 with the fix for bug #719593 applied.
