The Disabled/Manual/Auto proxy settings available from the Settings menu
don't seem to work anymore. Changes here are not reflected in the
Preferences, and do not influence Galeon behaviour. To change Proxy
settings, I have to go through the Preferences, and changes here are not
reflected in the Settings -> Proxy menu. It seems that this menu is
completely broken.
