Consider an exception for blocking ads on DuckDuckGo, as our default search engine.

I agree we should allow DDG ads by default; they are unobtrusive.

To do this generically, we could perhaps have an option in the window menu to whitelist or un-whitelist the current domain. I don't think we want to let the user write filters manually.
